Terry Home opened to residents in 1996. Since then, 10 residents have moved on to more independent living arrangements. John (name has been changed to preserve the resident’s privacy), who lived at Terry Home for about two years before finding his own place to live as well as holding down a part-time job, is one of the best examples of the fulfillment of our mission.
We depend on the support of generous people like you to maintain our home and programs. There are many ways to help Terry Home and its residents:
Make a Donation
- Fun Fund: This fund is used to take residents to various functions, to rent movies, to bring pizza, etc. – fun events for the residents.
- General Fund: This fund is used to maintain the home, including everyday household expenses such as electric service and heating costs, as well as any other household-related expenses that arise.
- Buy a Brick in our Celebrity Courtyard: For $100, your name can be placed in the courtyard of our home for all to see for years to come.
To make a donation, please send them to Terry Home, PO Box 2209, Auburn, WA 98071 and indicate to which fund you would like to donate. Please be sure to give your complete address and phone number in case we have questions. Thank you so much.
